Erik Crowell is the owner of Marked & Made, a custom retail shop specializing in personalized gifts, laser engraving, apparel, and print, and the founder of Maker Foundry, a resource brand created to help makers grow through digital files, supplies, and practical business education. What began as a side hustle with a single laser quickly evolved into a multi-technology operation serving walk-in retail customers, custom orders, and business clients through engraving, UV printing, apparel decoration, and personalization.
With experience spanning retail, production, education, and community building, Erik is known for helping makers bridge the gap between creativity and sustainable business growth. His work focuses on the real-world side of running a maker business: pricing confidently, expanding capabilities, improving positioning, and building systems that support growth without burning out the owner.
