Our adventure started during the 2020 Covid-19 quarantine. We needed a teacher appreciation gift for our daughter's preschool teachers and we were stuck. Many businesses were still closed to shoppers and we were left empty handed.
That's when we decided to make our own gift. We figured we couldn't be the only ones who were having this problem so we potted some plants, added a cute tag and listed them for sale on Facebook. Local parents were grateful to be able to grab a gift right off our porch; our homemade gifts were a hit!
The success of our teacher's gifts made us realize that we had stumbled on to something pretty great. We started evolving our business beyond plants and began creating other gifts and goods.
